Hola Famila y Amigos!
My first p-day in the field! It's finally here. I'm finally
here!
I love Texas so much! I'm beginning to understand the Texan
pride thing. It is so real.
My Mission President and his wife are amazing! They love us
all so much and will do all they can to help the work in this area to progress.
I am so excited to get to know both of them better.
I have been assigned to labor with Hermana Whitmer. She is
the greatest trainer in the world! I have learned so much from her already and
I can't wait to learn more. We are serving right outside of Houston in a place
called Missouri City. It is so beautiful here. The people here are so kind and
even if they don't want to here your message they will usually offer you water
or something cool to drink.
This week has been so wet. It's rained for the past two
days and when it rains it usually pours. Attached is a picture of a text we
received from our Bishop this morning warning us to stay inside until about 1
o'clock.
I promise to email more next week when I have more time.
All my love,
Hermana Yungfleisch
